I have just bought a focus which comes with the 6000cd stereo system, I wasn't sure if it came with bluetooth, anyway I pressed the phone button to check it out and it doesn't but now it has switched itself into phone mode and has frozen and no other buttons work, occasionally it'll flick to radio for a couple of seconds then go back into phone mode. everything I try has so far failed. I tried disconnecting the battery, this just went back to phone mode as soon as it was reconnected. can anyone shed any light on this or has come across this problem.
