Squeaking Noise While Steering?

Only happens every blue moon but when i turn the wheel i get this hight pitch squeaking noise, the car does go in this week for a check up so will mention it then, but anythin to worry about or just something that needs greasing up or sumat??? i have noooooo clue on this one at all... and if it means anythin, it only happens when turning to the right....

    mine would do it left, only at low speed with radio turned down, eg, going around the U that is my macdonalds drive through, didn't get it sorted, as this was the only time I heard it!
