Change Manual Wing Mirror To Electric

Hi,

I have just purchased a 2004 Fiesta Flame. It has manual wing mirrors that are not great and I would like to upgrade them to electric. I spoke to Ford and they have quoted me £500 plus to get this done. Have also been advised that this is not possible to do at all! So am a little confused!! Can anyone advise if this is actually possible to do and if anyone can recommend somewhere in the London area that could do this?

Also please can someone advise how easy it is to fit a non standard stereo?

Many many thanks in advance for any advice you can give. :D
