Hello, I have a problem with my radio and Im wondering if someone can help me

The radio on my brand new Fiesta is stuck on AM and I couldnt find a way to change it to FM again!

I called local service and they said I should press the AM/FM button, which I would if there was one ! sadly, there isnt...

would be happy to recieve advice, thanks in advance

The manual says to press the 'Radio' button to change wavebands.

If it doesn't work then take it back to your dealer as it must be faulty.

Hi, switch on radio, to the left of the OK button there is a left arrow, press this & you should see the FM & other frequencies in the list in the display so you can scroll down & OK the one (FM) that you want.

Just press the radio button on mine, it does 4 cycles I think 2 are fm and then 2 are am or medium wave whatever they are known as eg if i have it on radio one I have to press radio button twice to get to talksport

This has happened to my focus today and all the above mentioned that normally works isn't working.
