Recently broke the leaver at the top of my seat on fiesta zetec - don't know if its fixable or if ill need a new seat? anyone know?

    Had this prob, get the part from fords ie the catch and housing for £20, there are two clips that hold it in place. Two small flat headed screwdrivers, to prize it out from the seat. Pull the cable, with pliers. Put the seat in tip mode. Feed the new catch in place( with seat still in tip mode) feeding the cable in. Job done. It's a 5 min job.
