Its a T Reg, 1.4ghia, £43 to fill it up, seems to get me 195 miles, is this average for a this car or is there a problem.

    That works out at ~26mpg - I'd say there was a problem there. When I had my R reg 1.4 it would do 35mpg quite happily.

    thanks for the reply, what things do I need to look for to improve the mpg?

    i have done the obvious tyre pressures.

    also last week it had a MOT I know that isnt a MPG improving service but still only thing it failed on was brakes. which i knew it would.
