I have a 2007 S-Max with shocking looking alloy wheels. I took it back to the dealers who passed me on to Ford customer care. Despite photo's being sent off they palmed me off with the offer of a free service and took no responsibility for the state that my wheels are now in. I have a friend with an identical car and an identical problem and it is evident from some of the posts on this site that I am not alone.

I would like to colate enough evidence that I can take to Trading standards in an attempt to get Ford to do something about this. There are loads of us out there with awful looking wheels, so let's get something done about it!
