Mk7 Zetec S Blanking Plates Next To Esp Button?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have the Fiesta Mk7 Zetec S and have 2 blanking plates next to my ESP button.

Does anyone know what they are for/have pics? I hate having blanking plates! (a little bit anal) :-)

Thanks in advance! :D

Have a look at pics of LHD versions of the mk7, they have buttons for something but I can't figure out what it could be.

1 You don't read your ford manual ...

2 You don't read the forum ... (there IS a search button)

The 2 other buttons can be :

- passenger airbag off

- parking sensors off ( used with front parking sensors )

But ... you can only have 2 buttons in use, one stays always blank ..

Parts numbers :

Ouch, fair comments. I should have said in my first post that I did search but didn't find anything on here or from a google search (blank, blanking, esp etc).

I didn't think of the handbook. Thanks for your help and sorry for wasting your time.

Got out the wrong side of bed did we?

No wonder this forum is dead and topics get hardly any replies when there are ignorant people like you waiting to bite at peoples simple questions.

I use car forums alot, and the attitude and clicky atmosphere of the forum never fails to stagger me.

The guy was only asking a question!

Is another person on this board that likes to put people down allot as well.

Hi Chris

Ive got a ZS as well with the two blanking plates, I dont think you can get front parking sensors on the Zetec S Due to the front skirt.

I had this idea(well, an edited idea I saw from a friend of mines.

Hope you like it. Its carbon wrap from carbonmods.co.uk and it was a free sample.
