Hi there,

my dad has a fiesta and today it started running hot and the fluid is leaking out, well gushing out. i called round there as i know a little about engines.

i think its is the thermostat gasket has gone and how easy is this to repair and is it what i think.

the leak is on the engine block between a black cylindrical part with two quite thick pipes going into, just behind what i think is the water pump.

any ideas?
