CD won't eject

I have a 2003 Fiesta with a CD that won't eject. It plays ok but when trying to eject it all I get is a groning type noise and error E85. Any suggestions welcomed. John

    One of our managers at work had this problem on his fiesta. In the end it was returned to the garage and had to have the cd replaced. They had to strip down the consul to remove the cd before getting the disk out!
