I've just joined the forum as I bought a Fiesta Zetec S 58 Plate 1.6 Petrol :)

I've always wanted this car since I've first laid my eyes on it and I have a few questions.

What is the sound quality like? Does it come with 4 or 6 speakers?

What sort of MPG do you get out of it?

I pick up the car next Saturday :D I am practically buzzing already!

I'll upload some pictures of the car when I get it, in case you were all wondering it was £10,445 with 14,000 miles on the clock in metallic panther black! Sexy!

Well done on your purchase and welcome to the forum

If it has 4 speakers they will all be in the front.Two in the door handles and two in the usual place at the bottoms of the doors. I think the sound quality is quite good for this car

If it has 6 Speakers as above and the other two are in the trim where rear passengers sit (not very well described cannot think of the correct word for the trim in question)

The price is on the high side but if its in perfect condition and has a few options then it sounds great

You can find the full specification for your car by googling Ford Etis you will need to create an account which is free and it will even tell you where the car was built and everything else

The mpg is not amazing on these cars but the looks make that seem like a minor detail. Around 35-42mpg for petrol

The car is nearly almost pristine condition and only had 1 previous owner (which was a lady which might be why it's so good :P)

How much is a full tank of petrol? The dealership reckons about £55 but I have a feeling it will be more ...

It's 42l for petrol (and 40l for deisel) so at £1.32 it'd be £55 if you rolled in to the garage with fumes in the tank :P

I translate "One lady owner" as "covered in parking dings and oil never topped up"

i always translate it as 4th and 5th gear never used lol and almost certainly kurbed alloys lol

Haha well I can say the alloys are in good nick however they are servicing it, MOT'ing it and giving me a years tax as well :)

Are the speakers decent quality?

if its got bluetooth then it means it has 6 speakers and then yes the sound quailty is very very good :)

I have the petrol, and although the cost of fuel is rising, I always fill from empty (only way to get mpg really!)

to be honest there not, as you dont get the tecno stuff like dsp and equilisers etc, but saying that my mothers mk7 style has only 4 speakers (well 2 speakers and 2 tweeters) and she happy with it but she only listens to music at a moderate level :)
