in my car's brilliant desire to seek lightweight performance the other day it took it upon its self to lose the wheel arch guard... brilliant things fords ;)

took her in and they said it looks like the screws just gave up, so £1 per screw i think it was and it needs 5 plus labor comes to 50 quid :( getting fitted tuesday

    I'd want it fixed under warranty! Don't expect something to fall of the car after 18months! (Unless you caused it?)

    As above, £50 is a total ripoff! That's defo something I would tackle myself before paying that. Or question if it should be done under warranty as it shouldn't just fall off.

    haha yes!! it came off without me knowing really was just a loud noise then a plastic thing in my rearview lol and as for DIY on it, i asked them get the screws in cos they went AWOL on us cant find them at all and they said cos of the daft amount of bank holidays come in tuesday and we see about it , most that cost was just service charge really so it takes the !Removed!, they said the part is in perfect condition bar the fact its off the car
