Why Selling The Fiesta?

Featured Replies

I was checking one UK web page where they show the Fiesta's which are for sale and I was amazed about the high number of cars sold by low mileage.

Why are customers selling the Fiesta after driving it so less?

I am just curious...if there is any particular reason for that...

alot have simply bought bigger fiesta's, just look on here the amount of zetec s upgrades that happened is quite alot... factor into that during the recession the fiesta was the best selling car in the uk... there is a hell of alot knocking about!

Ours is over 2 yrs old and done less than 7,000 miles. It's a car that the wife uses for work and shopping, but she only works 2 days a week now, that's it, hence the mileage.

Many of them are used by the Ford garages themselves (they call them pre-reg cars) and then they sell them after a short while at a discount price.

Some could be ex-demonstrators too... My mate got his 1.6 Titanium with 5000 miles on the clock for stupid money off! It's a nice car, but I do too many miles to consider something that irresponsible.

Ex-hire cars maybe?

I see...all of the reasons seem to be understandable enough :)
