Need Help With Putting On My Bumper!

Hi Guys, Somebody reversed into the back of my car and drove off. I came back to see the front bumper had been munched so I need to put new one on.

I need to put a new bumper but I have looked at it and have no idea how I can undo the bolts that appear to hold the car on. They like on the other side of the bumper, one is easy to access but the other seems to be blocked by the radiator. Is there an easy way of taking it off or should I take it to a garage.

My car is Ford Fiesta Mark IV (4). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't help with removing it but just wondered why you need a new front bumper if someone reversed in to the back of it?
