Hi, Does anyone know if the mk1 hatchback towbar will fit the saloon. I have looked at towbars on ebay and one company lists for all models separately and a link to fitting instructions. The fittings look virtually the same but the part codes are different. Has anyone took one off a saloon and put on a hatchback or vice versa. I would like to know as I an looking for one but mostly, all I see are hatchbacks and estates for sale. Thanks. Ian

    hi m8 yes it will fit it goes str8 on but only thing you will need is a 3" spacer for the ball as its very close to the bumper but it bolts in exactly the same place as i fitted 1 within 2 hrs myself m8 hope this helps
