Hi, I have a focus 05. Is there any way to disengage the seat belt warning noise? I ALWAYS wear a seatbelt, it's just that it's going off randomly even when I'm all buckled up! Its sending me mental! There must be a way to turn it off?

    Do you place any heavy object on the passenger seat when you drive occasionally? If so its that whats sending the alarm off. Happened to me a few times.

    I wish it was that easy! Completely random, it does it when I'm on my own (nothing on the seat) or with someone.

    Possibly, one of the most annoying sounds..... Especially after 15 minutes !

    There is a way to do it, im pretty sure its something like leave the seatbelt unclipped, press and hold the catch - turn the car to position two, then one, then two and leave it for 15 seconds, and the car bongs...

    take a look through the "Focus Club" its somewhere on there...?
