Brakes delayed on XR2i (abs)

Hey, can anyone help? i have a 1990 xr2i with abs. I have changed the servo and recond. the mastercylinder (stil unsure if working properly.) I then bled all the brakes at each nipple but didnt bleed the abs.

Now when i brake ther is a significant delay to me pushing the pedal and the brakes aplying. It does the same thing wether i slam on the brakes or gently push on them. The pedal is hard at first then a lil bit of give and the n the car brakes, at 30mph thers about 10 meters where the car doesnt brake.

Any help is much apriciated!
