Key Code For Radio Needed

Hey there - looking for some help to unlock my radio! The car is a 2009 Ford Puma and the radio is a 6000CD. I can't get the radio out to get the serial code on the side, but when I press and hold 6 and then press 1 it gives me the following details on three separate screens:

MGP BJ5

05-08-03

4-08

Can this be used to get the 4 digit key code or do I have to figure out how to get the radio out?

Any help would be brilliant.
