Featured Replies

Hi guys

Great site!

I hope you can help.

I purchased a 2004 ford focus st170 a month back, awesome car love it!

Ive noticed the last week or so that when you push the brake pedal (whilst driving) you can sometimes here a clicking sound, the clicking sound is only the once BUT everytime you press the pedal to slow down...

Does anyone know or heard of this?

Ive searched for it on google etc but cannot see anyone with a simular prob

hope someone can help!

thanks

caliper bolt slack? wheel nuts not fully tightened, pad loose or part of caliper brocken/ missing. personally id whip the front wheels off 1 at a time and give the hub a spin, see if you can hear anything and give the caliper a good visual check (take it off and inspect if confident) hopefully you can spot the problem
