hi,bought keys to remove radio (6000cd) from my mondeo,just need some tips and advice. cheers

    asuming that you have 4 flat pins that are tapered on one side at the end, insert the tapered ends into the slots on each corner with the taper facing inwards and flat edge on the outside then pull the pins outward while pulling the radio out, if you get it wrong you may damage the clips that hold the radio in and it will be very difficult to get it out.

    Is it the the old 6000CD with the volume knob on the left - if so:

    Insert them until they sort of click - then simultaneously push left tool toward left, right tool towards right and pull to extract.

    You can only get the release tool out once you have extracted the radio.

    If they are very stiff, it may help to put some WD40 on the keys to help them slide in? Take care not to scratch the top facia under the keys.
