engine warning light

Featured Replies

Hi, ive had my fiesta ghia 1.4 for around 3 months and have had the engine warning light for around 2months. ive taken it back to were i bought it from and still no success, the light just keeps coming back on.

I took it to ford in harrow last week and they said it was the oxygen sensor which i then had replaced. Today at 3.30pm i was doin 40mph on the a40 and yes, the light came back on.

I've had enough of the problem and just want to fix it once and for all.

I know that it could mean a number of things when the light is on but anyone had the same type of problem ? ?

Thanks for looking ! !

sounds like cat might be the problem as if the cats not working it will damage the lambda sensor.
