Intercooler Pipe

Featured Replies

FORD FOcUS 1.6TDCi

I have a small tear 3/4 inch in the rubber section of the intercooler pipe. Thought this would be cheap to replace but Ford will only sell the pipe assembly as a whole kit for £115.00!!!

Seems very expensive for what could be a relatively minor repair.

Could anyone offer helpful advice.

Thank you

You will probably be better going on eBay or visiting this place. Buying from Ford will always be more expensive but in return you get genuine parts which would be good if you have a full main dealer service history for example.

The good news is if you wish to repair it on the cheap there's loads of these Fords around so you'll always get aftermarket parts which in most cases are a direct replacement :).
