Focus 07 - Fiesta 09 Engine Swop Help Needed

Im in the middle of swopping all the parts over from my broken Focus engine 1.4 (07) to the 1.4 fiesta engine (09), but ive come unstuck, the engine oil filter housing on the fiesta engine has 2 coolant pipes running from it, but i have no idea what these are for and if they are for coolant can i just connect them into the coolant flow useing one side as inlet and one as outlet

Please can some one help

To help me with this, any fiesta 1.4 owner around an 09 can help just please have a look at your oil filter and post back where the 2 hoses that attach to the back of it flow to,
