Can anyone tell me if there is a specific in car charger for fords as I have tried several , including the official Apple one, to enable me to charge up my phone.The ones I have tried are incompatible and won;t charge the phone.

Is it to do with the depth of the socket?

    Depth of Socket should not be a problem , have you double checked to see you have power coming from the socket ? , other than that then the fault would be the charger itself or the Phone.

    I've just got a cheap one from tesco :lol: works just aswell as an expensive one! especially for the amount of times I use it, which isn't alot. Does the job though :)
