Hi i have just purchased a Cmax Titanium 57 plate from a used car dealer on driving home i discovered the radio wont work , so i phoned the dealer , he told me to look in the black case supplied by Ford , unfrotunatly there was a card with a place to write the code but none wrote on , so can anyone help me with this Please ,

The head unit is a sony and its a generation 2 thats about as much info as i have

    the radio will have to be removed and look for the serial number beginning with M,then the code can be sourced here, but if the radio was not working when you aquired the car it should be up to the dealer to do this for you.

    Thanks in advance for any help ive just paid a scam radio code remover 4.99 and the code supplied did not work :(
