Just bought a used car from fords , it was a ford direct car , anyway i get 2 years unlimited mileage warranty and 2 years road side assistance from ford assistance , does anyone know if this is AA or RAC?

ive always thought it was AA but im pretty sure the salesman said i was covered with RAC for 2 years.

in any case i take it if i had any roadside problems its ford assistance i must ring?

    I would imagine they gave you a direct number to call ? , no idea which service Ford use they probably take the call then direct the call to the nearest assistance company might not even be AA or RAC.

    I have no number on any paperwork , but i do have something that says about 2 years warranty and 2 years roadside recovery from ford assistance , so i'm assuming its the same number that everyone would use who have the cover with fords , be it new or used cars.

    It does clearly say on fords website that ford direct cars are covered for 2 years with ford assistance and i noted the number there and stored in my phone.
