Connect Modification

Featured Replies

Hi, i own a 2004 transit connect swb, 1.8TDCI. im thinking of changing the engine for something a bit quicker and was wondering if anyone knows what other engines/models i could consider using with minimum alterations. for example could i put a 2.0 or 2.2 engine into a connect? any help would be appriciated .

thanks

streety.

have heard that chorley street garage, put a focus RS(phase1) engine in a connect. engine and gearbox should be straight forward, if u can get an accident damaged car, would be ur best option. will pretty much need it all.
