1) Does it have a crack where water is getting in ? , you could take it off and dry it out and then see if there is a crack letting water in

2) i don't have there steering setting as i have a petrol

3) you can get a paint repair stick , then run masking tape if its a long break and paint it , let it dry and remove masking tape , if the breaks are small you can just use a very fine brush , they do get damaged easy if some thing scraps the window.

1) Dry it out with a low power hairdryer and see if it happens again, possibly a missing seal between the bulb holder and the socket.

2) Steering settings (from my manual)

Standard - Suitable for all driving styles

Sport - Steering assistance reduced. Suits a sportier driving style by increasing the feedback through the steering wheel.

Sport setting is also an advantage when driving on icy and snowy road conditions.

Comfort - Steering assistance is increased. steering will feel lighter and you will not need to exert as much force on the wheel.

3) You can buy repair kits for electric elements which contain the paint and cardboard masks to make it easier to get a nice thin and accurate repair. Readily available in Halfords.
