Dpf And Injector Problems

Hi,

I have been having issue's with the dpf filter on my focus tdi sport. Whilst getting it regenerated, my local ford garage discovered that it was fitted with grade 5 injectors and not grade 3.

Would anyone know if this would have a direct adverse effect on the dpf filter?
