Climate Control Problems

Featured Replies

Hello,

I've just bought a 2007 Mondeo Titanium X with Sat Nav. The climate control system is linked into the Sat Nav. I cannot get the climate control to work. No matter what temperature I set the temperature to I cannot hear the fan speed increase. It just idles away. When I set it to manual control I the system works well and the heat increases inside the car. I've checked the fuse for the climate control under the dashboard and it appears fine. When it is pulled out the screen states the aircon is off, so its not the fuse.

Do you have any ideas as to what the problem is.

Thanks

Dave

I'd go to a qualified aircon engineer - usually a good garage will do.

The refrigerant is probably low and the system will not run up if the pressure is down.
