Front Passenger Door Randomly Sticks

My 54 plate Titanium X estate has a sticky door that comes and goes. The problem shows only on entry. The door is used most days and can always be opened from the inside without any problem. Any ideas for a cure?

    Try cleaning it and lubricating the catch. Always worth starting with the cheapest option!

    Next time your door sticks go to the other side and check the catch for locking the door from the inside sometimes the central locking gets a bit sticky
