Re. Low mileage XR3i Cabriolet

I wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction to get a valuation. It's my Mum's car and as it's hardly used over the years she keeps thinking of selling it but still loves it so can't part with it to date. Therefore I mainly need a valuation for insurance purposes, although it would also be nice to know what it's worth. It's a red K reg 1.8 Xr3i Cabriolet (one of the last I think?), absolutely immaculate and although not concours it's not far off, unrestored & completely original, black electric hood, it only does around 300 miles a year, garaged from new, 2nd owner, 42k genuine miles, lots of MOT's, pretty full service history, first owner was Peter Vosper, the Ford dealer. Pics below.

Would be grateful of any help.

    Blimey, that is a real cracker. Ive no idea what its worth, and its probably difficult to value because its so rare to see one in that condition.

    I would like it for myself if I had somewhere to store it.
