tomloaf
I think I have convinced my wife that a petrol car is ok and think the 1.25lt fiesta will be a good one. The issue she had when driving my focus is she felt the pedals where too high as she is quite a small lady and cant rest her heel on the floor. Can you lower car pedals so she can rest her heal on the floor and still work the pedalsor get longer pedal fitted?
DaveD
How about a piece of carpet on the floor especially for her?

TitchyTash89
I have a Fiesta and am only 5ft tall im not sure if you can make the pedals longer but i don not have an issue driving the car without my heels on the floor. This doesnt answer your original question but it might put put your wifes mind at rest about driving the fiesta.
