Hi mate,

is it a fiesta, focus or mondeo ?

and is it a 1.4TDCi 1.6TDCi 2.0 TDCi or a 2.2TDCi ?

if its a 1.4TDCi fiesta you could fit a performace filter

http://www.european-parts.net/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1298

if it's a focus you could fit a code red high flow intercooler

http://www.european-parts.net/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=789

if its a 2.0TDCi theirs a code red induction kit

http://www.european-parts.net/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=790&osCsid=3756e886907c79acbc3b4719949c5fe1

if its a 1.6TDCi theirs a K&N filter

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/K-N-Air-Filter-Element-E-2993-Volvo-V50-S40-C70-C30-Ford-Focus-/300650039363?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3AFocus%7CCars+Type%3A1.6+TDCi&hash=item4600238843

theirs also ECU remaps

Focus 2.0TDCi

http://www.european-parts.net/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=721

and duplex exhaust systems,

if its a focus TDCi

then you could fit this 3 part system with a choce of 3 exhaust tip styles.

Part 1 :

Part 2 :

http://www.european-parts.net/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=433

Part 3 :

http://www.european-parts.net/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=431

also if its a 1.6TDCi 90bhp model

you can unlock some power by fitting some 110ps fuel injectors and a remap will see it going from 90bhp- 146bhp

hope this helps mate, also if its a focus then see my list of links to my guides listed below this post.

hey thanks its a fiesta 1.6 tdci

hey thanks its a fiesta 1.6 tdci

you could fit the focus 110 fuel injectors and also a front mount intercooler perhaps the one from code red listed above,

and a remap you should see it go from 90bhp to the region of 140-150bhp when combined with the exhaust system.

for all of the aboue including labour your probably looking at around £2,000 - £2,500 but you would have a car and a half at the end of it mate.
