Featured Replies

Sorry for probably asking the most common question. But what are the common signs of cambelt/chain engines?

is it general or for your car??

is it general or for your car??

Well, I was interested generally. But specifically for my "new" Mondeo. I don't have a handbook with the car so have no idea where to start

HI.

Welcome.

I had a 2.0ltr LX petrol before my diesel, that has the duratec lump in it, that is definitely timing chain, not sure about the Zetec.

Regards

Its a chain. They were all Duratech engines in the Mk 3.
