fiesta95 Posted May 31, 2012 Share Posted May 31, 2012 hi everyone i have got a 2002 mk 5 fiesta zetec s 1.6 and i went to start the car and didnt relise it was in gear stupidly and now it wont start im thinking it is probably the starter motor? Stoney871 Posted May 31, 2012 Share Posted May 31, 2012 Get the solenoid checked. Is the car turning over at all or is there just clicking when you turn the key? If it's trying to turn over you may have damaged teeth on the flywheel or solenoid, if not then you may have burned the solenoid out or jammed it.
