Vibration Through Gears

Featured Replies

Hi, just bought a 2008 2.0 tdci and I've noticed there is a brief vibration when you speed up in all the gears. It is at different speeds for different gears ( but always about the same in any one gear ), it doesn't last for long but still is noticeable.

Could it be the start of the dreaded DMF ? The car has only done 65000

Thanks Dave

maybe, but not neccessarily. 65k miles is not that low for DMF failure some fail at half that. (others last forever!)
