Can't understand why Ford when down the H15 route considering that the retail price of the LED headlights are only £18 each more than the H15 ones. Competitors were offering LED Drl 4 or more years back.

Did find these on ebay and even at £65 might sound pricey but go to Halfords and see the price of some of their upgrades, 30 to 35£.

Looked at them myself, but someone on here tried the tinted halogen upgrade if not those and said they were a waste of money and sent them back. If you try them let me know how they are.

I bought those and tried them. Firstly the bulbs arrived and one base didn't even fit and was a different size to the other! The one I did fit still looked yellow in the day and was dimmer at night on full beam. Could expect that though as they are very heavy blue coated. Really not worth the 60 ish quid + postage. I spoke to the seller, got a refund. He did say he is working on a H15 LED bulb but may be a while before available.

Made a mistake of getting those cheaper "like" fly eye tints. It's very difficult to stretch and breaks easily. Thinking of redoing them as they have loads of creases.

Get the original fly eye. Just search it on eBay. It's about £9+ plus delivery.

Okay cheers mate I will do, how much do you need for both front lights ?

That £9+ roll 60cm x 100cm would fit both headlights and rear if you cut it carefully.

I tried those, they are still pretty yellow in the day, not enough difference to justify the pricetag, but that's just my opinion. They are like any tinted halogen bulb, yellowish in the day and white at night. Best bet is to wait for a H15 LED bulb which is in development

I emailed the guy + autobulbs have a thread on vw audi forum about it :) golf and scirocco drivers are wanting this aswell as their DRL is H15 also

Just seen an update from autobulbs regarding the H15 upgrade bulb (not sure if it is a tinted halogen or LED) but here it is: 'These are now on their way to us from the supplier for final testing period and will be on our shelves likely toward the end of next month! Sorry it has been such a slow process but we are nearly there...'

keep an eye out on autobulbs website! :P
