I like Cheers bar burgers too, also the Red Indian Restaurant for ribs and Mai-Tai's and Mr Cod for a mean fish and chips and roast on sundays ;)

Btw, be prepared for Cyprus to become more exclusive in the next couple of years.

Apparently Russian investors have found oil off the coast and already own many hotels which only take Russian guests.

Yeah i no there was a lot in ayia napa a lot of the bars/clubs have the Russian flags on top.

There were loads of Russians, Ukranians and Romanians around all trying to spend wodges of US Dollars.

Hotel opposite mine used to be for hotel workers during the tourist season but now it's been renovated and used solely for Russian guests.

there was a shooting last year in ayia napa just before we went last year. think 3 people died.

not sure who or why, but it was strange to see on the news. it was just outside a bar/club in the centre, the bar was russian owned, we was in the club a few times the year before and i noticed that there was a massive russian flag on top and out side there were nice cars parked up.

was a wiked club. had many hours of foot stomping in there lol.
