The National Kit And Performance Car Show 2013 - Donnington Park

Hey guys, just wondering is anyone planning on heading to this?

For those who don't know about it, it's a show on at Donnington Park on the bank holiday weekend of August (24/25th) and it's one of the biggest kit car show's if I'm not mistaken. Should be a decent day out for sure.

I'll be there with the charity Speed of Sight, who are offering blind folded drives of our purpose built track day car for people who're blind and with disabilities (I'll be the passenger offering advice and guidance if current plans stick i.e. nobody else comes forward crazy enough to do it :P ). We're taking delivery of our second car a few days before the event too as a rolling chassis, and my father (a fellow trustee and builder of our first track car) will be building it up over the weekend. Plenty of information about our cars (a bonkers BMW based one and a Mazda based car). We'll also be having a little wheel changing challenge too :P

As well as this, various car clubs should be there, displays, kit car races over the day I believe, and an auto-jumble with companies selling bits and pieces too :P

Should be a good event, so who's going?
