"engine System Fault"

Hello all,

I have a problem with starting up my ford focus zetec 1.6 after my battery run out flat. I tried jump starting the car but I keep on getting "engine system fault" message displayed. I have since fully charged battery but am still getting the error message displayed. Everything in the car works ok, all lights, locks, radio, fans etc. I have only one key but it seems to be working fine too. I have a volt meeter to doulble check my battery today in the evening and I will post the results.
