Engine Refuses To Start ? Could Use Some Ideas Please

About 2 months ago my wifes focus 1.8 tddi stopped dead on her way to work, it restarted and got her there but has never fired since ! We have replaced fuel pump, filter, pipe between filter and pump and injectors and it still wont fire it went to ford to be recoded after the pump was changed and they said that it started but had a bad oil leak so they turned it off and recommended it was trailered away but we have not been able to start the car or noticed any oil leaks at all during all the turning over so were pretty sure ford couldn't start it either ! Any ideas guys ? im sure this is something silly but i am stumped :o(
