The alarm keeps going off on my 2008 ford fiesta Zetec s I keep getting a message about my bonnet being open when it's shut. Anybody any idea what's wrong and how to fix it?

    sounds like a bad switch, you would need to replace the bonnet catch assembly in order to fix the switch.

    Thanks mate I'll get one tomorrow hopefully that sorts it

    You can simply connect the two wires that go into and out of the switch which will complete the circuit.. This will mean the bonnet is no longer alarmed but not many cars have that anyway, Those switches are a real pain !!
