briand Posted January 15, 2014 Share Posted January 15, 2014 How easy to replace the airbag control module on a Mk 1 Focus estate? Airbag light was constantly on and garage diagnosed faulty control module and I've since bought a 'guaranteed working' used unit from eBay. Is it difficult to replace this unit and apart from disconnecting the battery ( and noting radio codes) beforehand, any special precautions required? Will the unit require reprogramming?
