Hi so just bought I mk1 focus 1.4 zetec 3dr but the guy I bought it off said to put expensive spark plugs in it for some reason.

Can anyone help me with this what is the best plugs for a mk1 focus

    the only plugs to use are the proper ones which are ngk plugs same as what ford use on the mk1 and gap them at 1.0mm even if they say they are pregapped anything else is a waste of money and damages the coil packs
