Advice On Getting A New Radio

I have a 2005 Ford Focus with the 6000 CD radio (http://www.nexxia.co.uk/pics/CTVFOX002_back.jpg), and I'm looking to replace it with something different. Ideally I'd love and Android powered radio (something along the lines of this http://www.ebay.com/itm/221321435608).

Does anyone have any recommendations I could look at?

    there are a lot of Far East companies selling android head units. the questions is, how reliable are they? what happens if it goes wrong?

    currently at £300 but have been sold for £100 in the past! i decided to give it a miss as I wanted a Cd player version

    i have a X3500DAB unit which also has some app capabilities but it only works on the iPhone which annoys me greatly. Why do all these manufactures just tailor products for apple podcuts when the android market is much biggger?

    That's why I was sceptical about that eBay one, if it goes wrong there's very little I can do. A lot I've seen only work with iPhone too, which is really annoying. I'll have a look at that Pioneer one though see what that looks like, thanks :)
