Garage Recommendation For 1.4 Tdi Injector Seals East Sussex Or Stevenage

Hi all, I believe I have the dreaded injector seal failure problem but I'm reluctant to go direct to ford to pay sky high main dealer prices. Does anyone know of any independent garages/mechanics with experience of the job? I'm located in Hastings East Sussex but work in Stevenage so any recommendations in these areas would be great. :)

    take it a diesel specialist, not a back street garage.... mines in on friday for all 4 replaced, dunno how much tho
