I've seen that on the Focus they're able to do all kinds of stuff with ELMconfig over ODB2 - for example enable anti-hijacking, switch to km/l etc.

Is there any way we can do the same on our Fiestas ourselves? I don't want to pay Ford for doing it but would like to do it myself.

I don't believe ELMconfig is compatible with the MK7. I'm not sure of anything other than Ford IDS but that is for dealers/mechanics.

ELMconfig isn't compatible with the Fiesta - but do we have other options? Buying my own original Ford IDS isn't an option (for me) :)
