2013 Ford Fiesta Usb Function

Featured Replies

Someone please save me from insanity!!!

I have a 2013 ford fiesta style with usb and aux input. The Aux works fine however I have sent the car in to Ford today as the USB does not work. I can't charge anything through it and I can't play music through it from a USB stick. Ford say there is nothing wrong with it... Is there a certain USB lead/stick I need to use? I find it so frustrating not being able to use the USB!!

Thanks in advance,

Sam

I had the same problem the AUX worked fine but the USB didn't, It wouldn't recognise any usb stick with music on it or charge my phone.

I ended up checking under the glove box and reseating the wire that goes into the usb and bluetooth module. It then worked straight away.
