Hello.

I'm having a few issues with my 55 plates ford focus tdci estate. The alarm keeps going off randomly. Sometimes it's fine and then other times it will go off constantly.

Is there any way of disabling the alarm ? I would be much happier without it as hate electrical issues.

    Check for a switch under the bonnet. Chances are with all the rain we've had water has got into it and is causing it to activate. A good clean and some WD40 might do the trick.

    Keep in mind that your insurance premium will take into account an alarm being fitted, so removing it might cause premiums to go up if you tell them, or invalidate insurance in the event of a claim if you don't.
